Coffee with a Cop

Good afternoon, 

I will be at Dunelm Pausa Cafe on Friday 31st October from 2:30-3:30pm for coffee with a cop. 

This is a great opportunity to speak to town centre officers about any local issues or concerns you may have in or around Blackburn Town Centre.
